Q:Where do you get your stock from?
A: Our gorgeous items are sourced locally and from all over the world!


Q:What currency are your items priced at?
A: All of our items and shipping costs are shown in Australian Dollars and GST inclusive.


Q:Can I pay by cheque or bank deposit?
A: Unfortunately no - we only accept credit cards but don't worry, our website is super secure so your details are safe!


Q:Do you have gift cards or certificates?
A: Currently no - but if we get enough requests, we'll consider adding that feature.


Q:Where do you ship?
A: While we're starting out, we'll be shipping to Australia and New Zealand only.
Once we're into the groove, we'll look into shipping worldwide. Why not sign up to our mailing list and we can let you know as soon as we do!

If you're absolutely in love with our items (let's be honest, how could you not?) and live across the seas get in touch and we'll try and see if we can do a special post!


Q:How do you calculate shipping?
A:Freight charges are calculated by cubic weight using Australia Post's parcel calculations. You'll see this amount before you fill in your credit card details on the online shop so there won't be any nasty surprises on your credit card bill!.


Q:How long will my lovely new items take to get to me?
A: We ship everything by registered Australia Post so your lovely items should get to you within 5 business days. All parcels are sent with tracking codes so you'll know where they are at every step of the way.


Q:I saw something on the website that I wanted to order but it's not on there now. How do I find it again?
A: Most of our items have a limited run so sometimes when the stock is gone, it's gone forever. If we can restock, we'll let you know on the site. If you want to check, feel free to get in touch and we'll let you know for sure! Sometimes, we can even make special orders so just ask!


Q:I'm not happy with what I've ordered - can I get a refund?
A: If you are not satisfied with a product when your order arrives, please notify us by email within 5 days and we will send details of how to return your goods.

Items will be exchanged, or a credit note issued, providing that items are in the same condition as when you first bought them, including any packaging; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Unfortunately, post and package costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us.

In the event of the goods being faulty we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.

Please make sure you get a proof of postage when sending back your items and to pop it in the package you send back to us.
